1. Introduction

Welcome to Prosophia.io. By purchasing our templates or services, you agree to these terms. We try to keep things simple: we provide high-quality academic website templates, and you agree to use them fairly.

2. License & Usage

When you purchase a template, you are buying a license to use the code, not ownership of the code itself. Here is what you can and cannot do:

• You CAN: Use the template for one personal or commercial project (e.g., your lab website or personal portfolio). You can modify the code as much as you like.
• You CANNOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the template source code "as-is" or as part of a competing product. You cannot open-source the premium features of the template.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (since the code cannot be "returned"), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the repository access has been granted.

If you encounter a technical issue that prevents the template from working as demonstrated, please contact support, and we will fix it for you.

4. Support

Self-Serve Templates: We guarantee the code works upon delivery. We provide documentation for setup, but we do not provide free customization or teaching services for general React/Next.js coding.

Premium Setup: If you purchased the White-Glove service, your support period is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
